Privacy policy

This policy covers Eco Clean Ads Operator, a private advertising reporting and research application operated by Eco Clean Power Washing in Ruston, Louisiana. It covers the operator application, rather than every service offered by this business website.
Information accessed
The operator processes the authorized user’s sign-in identity, Google Ads connection credentials and account identifiers. Through the Google Ads API, it retrieves account and campaign information, advertising spending, impressions, clicks, conversions and available call performance metrics. Keyword research processes submitted service phrases, geographic targeting and historical search-volume and bid estimates.
The current integration uses a service account that the owner authorizes in Google Ads with read-only access. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, personal contacts, photos or calendar data. It does not collect call audio through its current reporting functions.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate the authorized owner, maintain the account connection, check integration health, produce advertising reports and research relevant service searches. The current operator does not modify advertisements, bids, budgets or campaigns. Google user data is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Storage and protection
Connection credentials are encrypted before being stored in the application database. Stored connection records include the authorized user identifier, connected account information and connection-check records. Reporting and keyword results are retrieved for requested reports; the current application does not maintain a separate historical performance archive. Hosting and platform providers may process operational logs under their own policies.
Access to the dashboard and account tools requires authorized sign-in. Connections use HTTPS. No security measure guarantees absolute protection.
Sharing and service providers
Data is processed by Google to fulfill API requests and by the application’s hosting and identity providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, as needed to operate the service. When the owner requests a report through a connected ChatGPT tool, its results are returned to that ChatGPT conversation and handled under the applicable ChatGPT account and platform policies. Connected account reports and credentials are not published on this public website.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service against abuse. Eco Clean Ads Operator’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
Retention, revocation and deletion
Connection records are retained while needed to operate the owner’s configured connection, until replaced or deleted. To stop future Google Ads access, remove the operator’s service account from the Google Ads account’s Access and security settings. Revoking access does not by itself delete stored connection records or previously returned ChatGPT reports.
To request deletion of stored operator connection data, email ecocleanway@gmail.com. Requests require verification of account ownership. Copies in ChatGPT conversations and provider logs are subject to those providers’ retention and deletion controls. Information may be retained when legally required.
